A collection of small but important cleanups. Added IR blaster support for a new European STB. Simplified the way the license key is loaded into the application (now you just click a button and load a file). Fixed an issue related to mp4 conversions. Fixed AC3 conversion issues that resulted in missing audio.

One or two small but important cleanups. The IR test controls in the preferences panel have been disabled and scheduled for removal for quite some time. Over the last 10 days a number of people have reported a major bug with v2.5.0. They have been experiencing noticeable video glitches during recording when the encoding bitrate reaches > 8Mbps for a sustained periods of time. This could also be observed by the HDPVR lights flashing, going out and coming back on.

A HDPVRCapture customer just pointed out that v2.4.1 PPC MP4 conversion is broken on v.2.4.1 production build and the 2.5.0 betas.
