A collection of small but important cleanups related to iCal scheduling. iCal support has been fixed and the performance vastly improved. Importantly, support for 10.4 has been dropped. 10.4 Support

Hi folks. It’s becoming more and more difficult for me to test and maintain backwards compatibility with HDPVRCapture and OSX 10.4. The current shipping version v2.5.7 supports 10.4. 10.5 and 10.6.
