A collection of small but important cleanups related to iCal scheduling. iCal support has been fixed and the performance vastly improved. Importantly, support for 10.4 has been dropped. One or two small but important cleanups. The IR test controls in the preferences panel have been disabled and scheduled for removal for quite some time.
