Linux HVR1600 driver.

This is an official Hauppauge WHQL signed windows driver.
It contains firmware for the cx23418 PCI bridge. The 
firmware has been extracted and also placed here.

Download then install the firmware with the following
commands:

sudo cp v4l-cx23418-apu.fw /lib/firmware/`uname -r`
sudo cp v4l-cx23418-cpu.fw /lib/firmware/`uname -r`
sudo cp v4l-cx23418-dig.fw /lib/firmware/`uname -r`
